COMMUNICATION WITH ETA
ETA works exclusively with accredited employers and centres. Questions from learners should therefore be initially directed to the centre at which they were registered and completed their program or qualification.
Note: This includes learner enquiries regarding certificates, either original or replacement. If your enquiry is directly related to ETA, please visit the Contact Us page for details of how to get in touch.

Appeals and Complaints
Should a learner have cause for concern regarding any aspect of their assessment, this should be raised initially with the centre through the centre appeals procedure. Should this not provide a satisfactory outcome, a learner can then raise an appeal through the ETA Appeals and Complaints Procedure by emailing the Solutions and Compliance Manager (SCM) at peta@www.eta-awards.com
The SCM will review the information provided and contact both the learner and the centre to gather additional and necessary information to underpin the decision to be made.
Wherever possible, ETA will work with the centre to ensure that the appeal outcome is not only appropriate and satisfactory but that it supports the learner in continued learning at the centre.
